    Audits take time and involve a lot of in-depth work, so I invoice 50% upfront before getting started. The remaining 50% will be invoiced once the audit is complete.

    I’ll spend time auditing your digital presence with a fine-tooth comb, from your homepage to your hashtags. You’ll receive a clear, actionable report within 7-10 business days.

    Report

    I’ll email you a PDF report of my findings, with recommendations and action points. All my recommendations will have a priority category and an explanation on impact.

    05.

    Zoom Call

    We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss the findings of the report, and answer your questions. This usually takes around 60 minutes.

    Follow-Up

    The full audit typically takes 7-10 working days from the time you provide access*.

    *I’ll need read-only access to your organisation’s accounts such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Social media platforms, and email marketing, etc. 

    Implementation isn’t included in the audit, but I offer monthly retainers where I can help action the findings – whether that’s updating your website, improving your email flows, or managing your social media and ads.

    No problem – I’ll tailor the audit to what you’re currently using (or want to use). If you’re not running ads or email campaigns, I’ll focus more deeply on your website, content and social strategy.
